So we can help quickly, please include:

About a purchase? Write from the email you paid with, and add the receipt number if you have it. We never ask for card numbers.

In the app, Settings → Help & feedback → Report a problem adds the technical details for you, and shows exactly what will be sent.

Restore a purchase

No account needed: you restore in the place where you bought.

  1. Open Settings. Under Your state, tap Restore purchase.
  2. Tap Restore App Store purchases. Purchases made with the same Apple Account come back.

Website

Refunds

Who refunds you depends on where you paid.

Quick answers

Is Roadfeel the DMV?

No. Roadfeel is an independent study guide, not a driving school or a driver education course.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of the California DMV, the New York State DMV or any government agency. To apply for a permit or a license, or to book a test, use dmv.ca.gov or dmv.ny.gov.

How does the readiness number work?

It estimates your score on new questions, from your practice answers and your recent mock tests.

It’s a study aid, not a prediction of your DMV result. The checklist behind it is under Me in the app.

Which states does Roadfeel cover?

California, and New York in beta.

The driving basics, like right-of-way, signals, hazards, blind spots and parking, are open in every state, but rules differ by state, so check yours.
