联系方式:support@roadfeel.app。
本条款适用于 roadfeel.app(包括 roadfeel.app/app/ 上的路感网页应用)和路感 iPhone 应用。
- DMV 或任何政府机构。路感与任何 DMV、任何州或其他政府机构都没有隶属关系,也没有获得它们的认可或赞助。我们提到「DMV」和州名,只是为了说明内容讲的是哪里;
- DMV 许可的驾校,也不是任何州许可或认可的驾驶教育、驾驶培训或考前课程。路感不颁发结业证明,不能代替这些课程(例如加州未满 18 岁拿照所需的驾驶教育和驾驶培训、纽约的 5 小时考前课程),也不计入州政府要求的任何课程或练车学时。路感不提供真人授课或上车教学;
- 办理手续的渠道。我们不能替你申请学习许可或驾照、预约考试或缴纳 DMV 费用,这些都请通过你所在州 DMV 的官方网站或办公室办理。你为路感付的钱不是 DMV 的费用;
- 付款被退回或撤销(包括信用卡争议/拒付):该模块的使用权随之结束(争议的处理见第 10 节);
- 我们停止提供该模块:网页购买的,按第 10 节退款;在 iPhone 应用里买的,在应用里继续可用,直到满 24 个月(第 10 节);
- 网页购买的:在网页浏览器里,在你恢复过购买、或登录了你账号的任何设备上;
- 在 iPhone 应用里购买的:在应用里,在登录了购买时那个 Apple 账户的 Apple 设备上,以 Apple 规则允许的为准;
- 目前,在哪里买的,就只能在哪里用:网页,或者 iPhone 应用;
- 怎么申请:用付款时的邮箱写信到 support@roadfeel.app(Creem 的收据上有这个地址),或告诉我们付款用的是哪个邮箱,有收据号请一并附上。
请到 reportaproblem.apple.com 向 Apple 申请。
- Apple
- 在正式考试中使用路感,或用它作弊;
- 冒充我们或政府机构,或用路感误导他人;
- 复制、抓取或转载我们的题目、讲解、插图、声音或 3D 场景(第 14 节许可允许的第三方素材除外);
- 共享或转卖使用权,或使用机器人和自动化工具;

- 绕过我们的安全或付费机制,或在法律允许的范围之外做逆向工程;

Roadfeel Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-11-06 · Last updated: 2026-10-30
These terms are a contract between you and Dongmei Yang, an individual who runs Roadfeel (路感) ("Roadfeel", "we", "us"). Contact: support@roadfeel.app. Section 23 lists our contact details and who sells each kind of purchase.
They cover roadfeel.app, including the Roadfeel web app at roadfeel.app/app/, and the Roadfeel iPhone app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. When you buy a paid module, the seller's own terms also apply to that purchase: Creem's on the website, and Apple's in the iPhone app (section 9).
The short version
- Roadfeel is an independent study app. We're not the DMV, a driving school or a driver education course.
- We teach the rules; you drive. Never use Roadfeel while you're driving.
- We don't promise you'll pass.
- Paid modules are one payment, never a subscription. Buying a Roadfeel module is a license, not ownership: a personal license to use that state's module for at least 24 months (section 8).
- Who sells it: on the website, Creem sells our paid modules as merchant of record; in the iPhone app, you buy through Apple's App Store (section 9).
- Website purchases: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. If you were under 18 when you paid, you can get a refund any time before you turn 18. Apple handles refunds for purchases in the iPhone app (section 10).
- If something goes wrong, write to us first. Small claims court is always open to you. There's no arbitration (section 20).
1. Agreeing to these terms
- By using Roadfeel, you accept these terms. When you buy on the website, you confirm it by ticking the box before you pay.
- If you're under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian. If someone else pays for you (for example with Ask family to pay), they accept these terms for that purchase.
- If you don't agree, please don't use Roadfeel.
2. Who can use Roadfeel
- Roadfeel is made for people preparing for a US driver's license: adults, teens getting ready for a learner's permit, and people who are new to the US.
- Roadfeel isn't directed to children under 13. If you're under 13, please don't buy anything or send us personal information. Ask a parent to write to us instead.
- Buying: on the website, the buyer must be an adult, because Creem, which sells website purchases, sells only to people of legal age. If you're under 18, use Ask a parent to pay, so a parent or guardian buys it for you. Adults can use Ask family to pay to have family or a friend pay; whoever pays must be an adult too. In the iPhone app, Apple's rules apply, including Ask to Buy, which, depending on where you live, may require a parent to approve purchases on an under-18 account.
3. What Roadfeel is, and what it isn't
Roadfeel is an educational app. It offers lessons, practice questions, mock tests, simulations, and explanations of traffic rules and test procedures.
Roadfeel is not:
- the DMV or any other government agency. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any DMV, any state, or any other government agency. We use names like "DMV" and state names only to say what our content covers;
- a DMV-licensed driving school, or a driver education, driver training or pre-licensing course licensed or approved by any state. Roadfeel doesn't issue certificates, can't replace those courses (for example, the driver education and driver training California requires to get a license under 18, or New York's 5-hour pre-licensing course), and doesn't count toward any course or practice hours your state requires. Roadfeel offers no live classes or behind-the-wheel instruction;
- a way to apply for a permit or license, book a test, or pay a DMV fee. We can't do any of those. Use your state's official DMV website or office. Nothing you pay for Roadfeel is a DMV fee;
- legal advice.
4. Safety: we teach, you drive
- Never use Roadfeel while you're driving.
- Practice behind the wheel only as the law allows: with a valid permit or license, with the supervising driver your state requires, and within your permit's limits. For example, in California the supervising driver must hold a valid California license, be 18 or older (25 or older if you're under 18), and sit close enough to take control; in New York the supervising driver must be 21 or older. Check your own state's rules.
- Our lessons can't see the road you're on. On a real road, the law, traffic signs and signals, police directions and your supervising driver come first.
- Our 2D and 3D simulations are simplified models. Real streets, signs, signals and people can be different. Real places in our 3D scenes are built from map data plus our own additions, such as trees and parked cars, and may not match today's streets.
- You're responsible for how you drive.
5. Sources and accuracy
- We write our own explanations from official sources, link to them, and show the date we last checked.
- Laws, handbooks, fees and DMV procedures change, and offices can apply them differently. Despite our care, some content may be out of date or wrong.
- If Roadfeel and an official source disagree, follow the official source. Please tell us through Report a problem or at support@roadfeel.app, and we'll check and fix it.
6. No pass guarantee
Your state gives and grades the tests, and we can't control the result. Mock-test scores, readiness checklists and mastery maps are study aids, not predictions or official results. We don't offer a pass guarantee. If we ever offer one, it will have its own written terms, and only those terms will apply.
7. Free features
Much of Roadfeel is free, including the lessons that apply in every state. We may add, change or remove free features.
8. Paid modules: your license
Buying a Roadfeel module is a license, not ownership.
- What it covers: the paid features of one state's module in the tier you chose (Written or Complete), as described on the purchase screen. It also covers new content we add to that tier for that state while your license lasts.
- How long it lasts: at least 24 months from the purchase date. We may let it run longer. We won't make it shorter.
- Who may use it: you, or, if someone else paid for you (Ask family to pay), the learner whose device made the payment link. It's for personal study, not commercial use. You may restore it on your own devices, or use it there by signing in to your account.
- What you may not do: sell, rent, lend or transfer it; share restore codes, sign-in codes or license tokens with other people, or let other people use your account; post it publicly; or get around how modules are unlocked.
- When it can end early, and only then:
- the payment is refunded or reversed (including through a chargeback): access to that module ends (section 10 explains disputes);
- we stop offering the module: for a website purchase, we refund you as described in section 10; a module bought in the iPhone app keeps working there until your 24 months are up (section 10);
- you seriously break these terms, for example by reselling access or by fraud: we may end access to that module, and when we can, we'll tell you why first.
- Updates: we update content when laws or handbooks change. We won't significantly cut back the paid features of your module while your license lasts.
- Where it works:
- a website purchase: in your web browser, on any device where you restore it or sign in to your account;
- a purchase in the iPhone app: in the app, on the Apple devices signed in to the Apple Account that bought it, as Apple's rules allow;
- for now, a purchase works only where you bought it: on the website, or in the iPhone app;
- there's no Android app for now. On Android, use the website.
9. Prices, payment and taxes
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay.
- Website purchases are sold by Creem. Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, in Estonia) is the merchant of record: it sells you the purchase, takes the payment on its own checkout page, charges and pays any sales tax (shown on its checkout page before you pay), and emails your receipt. Creem's Buyer Terms apply to the purchase, and these terms apply to using Roadfeel. Your card statement shows a charge from Creem (CREEM.IO*ROADFEEL), not from Roadfeel.
- Purchases in the iPhone app go through Apple's App Store. Apple acts as our agent: it takes the payment, handles any sales tax and emails your receipt, under Apple's terms.
- We never see your card details.
- You pay once. There's no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- Upgrades: if you have Written, you can upgrade to Complete for the current difference in price.
- Discounts: one discount per order: a friend code (section 9A) and a discount code can't be combined.
- Ask family to pay (website): whoever pays for you (a parent, family member or friend) is the buyer, and must be an adult; the license is for the learner whose device made the payment link. Creem's receipt goes to the payer, refunds go back to the payer, and the payer's email is the one to use to restore. A payment link can't be used again once it's paid. After 7 days the learner's device makes a new link; if the old one is still paid after that, the purchase counts as usual, and it can be refunded in full. A learner under 18 sees the button as Ask a parent to pay; the rules are the same.
9A. Friend codes (referral rules)
- Who has one: anyone who bought Written or Complete on the website (not an upgrade, and not a purchase in the iPhone app). It's under Settings → Invite a friend. It isn't shown on a device where you chose "under 18".
- What your friend gets: $2 off at checkout when they first buy Written or Complete on the website with your code. It doesn't apply to upgrades or in the iPhone app. A friend code is a discount for friends; Roadfeel's listed prices stay the same. It's one discount per order, so a friend code can't be used together with a discount code.
- What you get: once 2 friends (2 different payment emails, neither of them yours) have paid with your code and kept their purchase past the 14-day refund window, your Written upgrades to Complete for free. If you already have Complete, or your state has no Complete (such as New York), your friends still get $2 off, and there's no reward for you.
- One level only: only friends you share with directly count; people your friends share with don't count for you.
- What doesn't count: a payment with your own email; a friend's purchase refunded within 14 days. Each code works for up to 5 friends; refunded purchases don't use up a place.
- The reward: a free upgrade works like a paid one under section 8; if your Written is refunded or reversed, the upgrade ends with it. It can't be exchanged for money or transferred.
- When you share: this is a referral code with a reward, so please say so when you share it (the default share text does). Please don't post codes on coupon sites.
- Abuse: if we find abuse, such as signing up many emails to refer yourself, we may stop the code and take back rewards it earned.
- Ending: we'll say so on the website a week before this program ends; rewards already given stay yours.
9B. Partner referrals
- Some partners, such as driving schools and instructors, recommend Roadfeel through Creem's affiliate program: if you come from their link and buy on the website, Creem pays them a commission out of the sale. Your price is the same.
- Partners are independent and don't speak for Roadfeel. What they say isn't our promise; what Roadfeel is and isn't is set by these terms (sections 3 and 6).
10. Refunds
Website purchases. We decide which refunds are due under the rules below, and Creem, the seller, pays them back.
- 14 days, no questions asked: ask within 14 days of the purchase date, and we'll refund a website purchase in full, even if you've used the module.
- If you were under 18 when you paid, or a child paid with someone else's card without permission: you, or your parent or guardian, can ask for a full refund at any time before you turn 18, even after 14 days.
- After 14 days, we also give a full refund if: you were charged twice for the same thing; you couldn't get into the module and we couldn't fix it; or a serious content error affected you and we couldn't fix it promptly.
- If we stop offering a module before your 24 months are up, we refund the unused part in proportion to the full months left. For example, if 6 of 24 months are left, you get 25% back. If it happens within 14 days of your purchase, you get the full price back.
- Upgrades: if you get a refund for Written after upgrading to Complete, we refund your upgrade payment too, because the upgrade builds on Written.
- How to ask: email support@roadfeel.app (it's on your Creem receipt) from the email you paid with, or tell us which email you used, and include the receipt number if you have it. Refund requests come first: we always answer within 7 days, and we issue approved refunds within 5 business days. If we haven't answered within 7 days, you can also ask Creem directly at support@creem.io.
- Creem may also refund on its own, for example when the law or the card networks require it, for duplicate or mistaken charges, or when a payment looks fraudulent.
- How you get the money: refunds go back to the original payment method as money, not store credit, and there's no fee for them. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
- What changes: once a refund goes through, access to that module ends.
- Before you dispute a charge with your bank, please write to us. A refund from us is faster, and Creem's Buyer Terms also ask you to contact Creem before a chargeback. Writing to us doesn't take away any right you have with your bank. While a dispute is open, access to that module is paused; once we learn the dispute was decided in our favor, we turn it back on. A dispute never affects the free version or your other modules.
- You can ask us for a written copy of this refund policy at any time.
Purchases in the iPhone app.
- Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases, under Apple's rules. We can't issue them ourselves. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If Apple refunds a purchase, that module locks in the app.
- If we stop offering a module you bought in the app before your 24 months are up, it keeps working in the app until they're up, because we can't refund it.
- If something in a module doesn't work, write to us as well, and we'll try to fix it.
11. Restoring purchases
- Website: accounts are optional. Without one: on a new device, choose Restore purchase and enter the email you paid with, and we email a one-time link and code that work for 30 minutes. With one: if you sign in with the email you paid with, or the purchase is already on the device you sign in on, it follows your account to every device you sign in on (section 11A).
- If someone else paid for you, use their email.
- Keep access to that email. If you lose it, write to us with your receipt and we'll help.
- iPhone app: choose Restore App Store purchases. Purchases made with the same Apple Account come back.
11A. Accounts (optional)
- You can learn and buy without signing in. You sign in with a code sent by email, only on the website for now, and you must be 13 or older.
- An account is for one person. Don't let others use your codes or a device signed in to your account; on a shared device, sign out when you're done.
- Your progress copy is handled as the Privacy Policy says; an account unused for 24 months in a row gets a reminder email first and is then deleted (see the Privacy Policy).
- If an account is abused (for example, to attack the service, or signed up in bulk), we may suspend it; when we can, we'll tell you why first.
- You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Account. Deleting it doesn't affect your purchases or refund rights: you can still restore website purchases with the email you paid with.
12. Rules for using Roadfeel
Please don't:
- use Roadfeel during an official test, or to cheat on one;
- pretend to be us or a government agency, or use Roadfeel to mislead other people;
- copy, scrape or republish our questions, explanations, illustrations, sounds or 3D scenes, except as the licenses in section 14 allow for third-party material;
- share or resell access, or use bots or automated tools;
- abuse friend codes or referrals, for example by signing up many emails to refer yourself;
- get around our security or payment systems, or reverse engineer Roadfeel beyond what the law allows;
- overload or attack the service, or send us harmful code or abusive messages;
- break the law.
13. Feedback and error reports
We welcome corrections and ideas. If you send them, we may use them to improve Roadfeel without owing you anything. Please don't include personal information you don't want us to have.
14. Intellectual property
- Ours: the Roadfeel and 路感 names and logos, the 路路 (Lulu) character, our original questions, explanations, illustrations, sounds and 3D scenes, and our software are © Dongmei Yang, all rights reserved except as stated here. While you follow these terms, you may use them in Roadfeel for personal, non-commercial study.
- Map data: our maps and real-place 3D scenes use data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. The OpenStreetMap-derived data in Roadfeel is available under the ODbL at roadfeel.app/map-data/, or by email to support@roadfeel.app. Objects we generate, such as trees, parked cars and building heights, and our 3D artwork are not OpenStreetMap data.
- State outlines: from US Census Bureau cartographic boundary files, which are in the public domain. We credit the Census Bureau as it asks.
- 3D materials: textures and sky images from Poly Haven and ambientCG under CC0. We credit them even though CC0 doesn't require it.
- Software and fonts: three.js (MIT License); Public Sans, Overpass and Noto Sans SC (SIL Open Font License 1.1). Our credits page lists the rest.
- Official handbooks and tests: the California Driver's Handbook is © California DMV under CC BY-NC 4.0, which doesn't allow commercial use without permission, and the New York State Driver's Manual (MV-21) is © New York State DMV with all rights reserved. We don't reproduce them: we state rules in our own words and link to the source. We draw traffic signs ourselves, based on the federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, link to official sample tests instead of copying them, and quote laws only briefly.
- Trademarks: DMV names and logos belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse us.
15. Other services and links
Roadfeel relies on services such as Cloudflare, Creem and Apple, and links to government and other websites. Their own terms apply to them, and we aren't responsible for their content or how they work.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ROADFEEL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." BEYOND WHAT THESE TERMS SAY, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, INCLUDING NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some laws don't allow these exclusions. Where they don't, the exclusions apply only as far as the law allows.
17. Limits on liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS:
- WE AREN'T LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR THE RESULT OF ANY TEST, FINE OR PENALTY.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT ROADFEEL IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR ROADFEEL IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100.
These limits don't apply to anything the law doesn't let us limit, such as liability for our fraud, willful injury, gross negligence or violation of law. They don't limit any consumer-protection right you can't give up by contract, or any right a minor has to cancel a contract.
18. Changes to these terms
- When we change these terms, we'll post the new version and update the "Last updated" date.
- For significant changes, we'll give notice on the site and in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, and we'll email paying customers when a change affects their purchase.
- Changes never shorten or cut back a license you've already paid for, and they don't apply to a dispute that started before the change.
- If you don't agree with a change, stop using Roadfeel. If you have a paid module from the website, you can ask for a refund of the unused part, calculated as in section 10. For a module bought in the iPhone app, refunds are Apple's (section 10).
19. Ending these terms
- You can stop using Roadfeel at any time. To erase what's on your device, clear this site's data in your browser. To delete what we hold, see the Privacy Policy; if you have an account, you can delete it under Settings → Account.
- We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we shut Roadfeel down. In that last case, we refund website purchases as described in section 10; for purchases in the iPhone app, see section 10. When we can, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- Sections 3 to 6, 14, 16, 17, 20 and 21 continue to apply after these terms end.
20. Disputes and governing law
- Talk to us first. Email support@roadfeel.app and tell us what went wrong. We'll try to resolve it within 30 days. This doesn't stop you from going to small claims court, contacting a government agency, or acting before a legal deadline.
- Small claims court. You may bring a claim in small claims court where you live, if your claim qualifies.
- Other courts. Otherwise, a dispute may be brought in any court that has jurisdiction over it, including the courts where you live when your local law allows it.
- No arbitration and no class-action waiver.
- What this section covers: only disputes about the use, payment or provision of Roadfeel under these terms.
- Governing law: these terms don't choose the law of any particular state or country. Whichever law applies, you keep the consumer protections of the place where you live that can't be waived by contract. For a website purchase itself, Creem's Buyer Terms have their own rules on law and courts (section 9).
21. Minors' rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right that a minor has under the law, including the right to cancel a contract. If you were under 18 when you agreed to these terms or paid, contact us: we'll refund a website purchase as described in section 10. For a purchase in the iPhone app, refunds come from Apple (section 10), and we'll help you ask.
22. General
- Entire agreement: these terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Roadfeel.
- Severability: if a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- No waiver: if we don't enforce a right, we haven't given it up.
- Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer them if Roadfeel is sold, or moves to a company we own, and these terms will keep protecting you.
- Notices: Creem or Apple sends your receipt. We send sign-in codes, restore codes and notices by email, and post notices in the app and on the site.
- Language: we publish these terms in Chinese and English with the same meaning. If the two versions differ, the reading more favorable to you applies.
23. Contact, and who sells
- Operator (the other party to these terms): Dongmei Yang, an individual
- Email: support@roadfeel.app
- Website purchases are sold by: Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, registry code 16977866), Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia, as merchant of record. Creem's support: support@creem.io.
- Purchases in the iPhone app are sold through: Apple's App Store, with Apple as our agent.
Write to support@roadfeel.app and we'll send this information to your email address within 5 days.
